My daughter brought her 2018 Honda Accord to Stephens for a transmission check. The staff performed the service and included a long test drive under various road conditions. The result was no issues or problems with the transmission. There was no charge for this service. I am relieved that we have found a auto repair service that is highly recommended by other automotive professionals in the area and provide their services with the highest degree of honesty and professionalism.

My husband passed away and the AC went out in his prized car while he was in the hospital. I took it to this shop and they quoted me $1,900 to fix it. I don’t know if that is reasonable, but I want it fixed and in my grief I just don’t have the energy to shop around. I gave them the go ahead. That was a month ago. They are closed on Friday. They have not called me once to update me. I have called and called and they keep saying they don’t know until finally this last week they said they did but still didn’t have it fixed. I am not asking for free repairs. I am just asking for my husband’s car back. Either fix it, or give it back so someone else can, and for the love of all that is holy CALL me!!!!!! This is insane! Another weekend without his car! Never again!

Todd and Stephen have had my sisters car for FOUR WEEKS and can’t muster the courtesy to call with an update or figure out how to fix the AC. I’ve repeatedly called and repeatedly asked them to provide an update, but have to call back to beg for information. We agreed to pay the full $1,900.00 to replace the AC system and have even told them what the issue is. They dismissed my diag then told me the next day I was right, but now can’t seem to find the part. You would think they could communicate with a paying customer after a month of delays and misdiagnosis and failure.

I highly recommend Stephens Automotive. I have been taking my car here for years. They are honest and have very fair prices. Staff is very professional and always explain in detail the work that they will do. They always make sure the work is done right. Highly recommend!

TERRIBLE SHOP - THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR PROPERTY - DENY ALL RESPONSIBLITY - AND LAUGH YOU OUT THE DOOR!!!! GOOD LUCK FINDING JUSTICE - just play it safe and find a LEGITIMATE BUSINESS!!! They dont hire real professionals in order to save a quick buck - WORST AUTO SHOP IN ALL OF ARKANSAS - They will charge you extra the moment they realize you are counting on them!!! PREMIUM PRICE FOR LOW QUALITY WORK!!! How can a business operating on repairing vehicles employ assistants that completely DAMAGE a perfectly fine vehicle, the moment it hits THEIR lot and in THEIR CARE+POSSESSION? Who would let a classic car just free roll off the trailer into their OVERCROWDED lot into another customers F150? (They probably didnt even tell the owners of that vehicle also) Makes me sick just thinking about it. (BTW im not the only one that recognizes their horrible business track record, talk to anyone in town around conway. this is a common opinion.) SHADY BUSINESS!!
